The terms for using Ai Calculator.

The agreement

By installing or using Ai Calculator you agree to these terms. Ai Calculator is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the EULA), and these terms sit beside it. If they conflict about the licence itself, the EULA wins. If you do not agree, do not use the app. How your information is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

Estimates, not advice

What Ai Calculator shows is an estimate from the numbers you entered. It is not financial, tax, investment or legal advice. That covers the loan, EMI, SIP, lumpsum and FD tools, the GST and other tax tools, the discount, tip and bill-split tools, the travel and fuel tools, and every currency conversion.

• The maths is done as the tool's own formula describes, rounded as the tool describes. A lender, bank, tax authority or shop may compute differently, and theirs is the figure that counts.
• Exchange rates come from public sources, are daily reference rates rather than live market prices, and are not the rate a bank or card will give you. The app shows how old the rates are.
• Tax rules and rates change, and differ by place and by person. Check with a qualified professional before you rely on a figure for a filing, a loan, an investment or a purchase.

AI answers

Ask, Explain and Scan use an AI model, which can misread a sentence, a photo or a bill, and can be wrong. It only chooses which tool to open, fills in what it found and explains a result: every number on screen is worked out by Ai Calculator. Check what it filled in before you rely on it. From version 1.2, Ask, Explain and Scan are part of Ai Calculator Pro, with a daily allowance (a fair-use limit of 20 a day, which protects the service and resets at midnight UTC).

Ai Calculator Pro

The calculators, the unit converter and the money tools are free. Ai Calculator Pro is optional and unlocks extra features. It comes as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly; the paywall in the app lists exactly what it includes, and each price, before you confirm.

• Price and plans. The plans and their prices are shown in the app, in your currency, before you buy. Prices may include taxes where your country requires it.
• Lifetime. A one-time Lifetime purchase was sold before and is no longer offered. Whoever bought it keeps Pro for good, with no renewal. It stays with the Apple ID that bought it, and Restore Purchases brings it back on a new phone or after a reinstall.
• Free trial. A plan may start with a free trial for a new subscriber; the paywall states its length. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription at the plan's price, and any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy.
• Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price then shown, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before that.
• Cancelling a subscription. Cancel any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds. Apple takes the payment and Apple decides refunds; we cannot issue one. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes. If a price changes, Apple tells you and, where the law requires, asks for your consent before you are charged the new price.

Acceptable use

Use Ai Calculator for its purpose, lawfully. Do not:

• call the relay other than through the app, script or automate the AI features, or try to get around the request limit, the daily allowance, App Attest or the Pro paywall;
• send the AI features another person's private information, or anything unlawful, or use them to make harmful or deceptive content;
• overload, probe or interfere with the relay or the services behind it;
• copy, resell, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law says you may.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.

The service and the app

Exchange rates and the AI features need an internet connection and depend on other companies' services, so they can be slow, out of date or unavailable, and the AI allowance may change. Features may be added, changed or removed. The app and everything in it, apart from what you enter, belong to Darshankumar Ramani or his licensors and are licensed to you, not sold. Rates are provided by ExchangeRate-API.

Liability

Ai Calculator is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it is free of errors or always available, and we are not liable for a loss that comes from relying on an estimate or an AI answer, or from the app being unavailable. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live. Apple's EULA governs the licence; for anything else, the laws of India apply.

We may update these terms. The new date appears here, and continuing to use Ai Calculator after a change means you accept it.
